We have a great opportunity for an experience Office Manager who is looking for work within the Liverpool area. This is a 3 month temporary contract with a view to be considered for a permanent post.

The duties include:

· Producing daily and weekly Management Information reports
· Creating and updating various financial spreadsheets
· Using a bespoke database on a daily basis
· Dealing with various clients on a daily basis with queries, complaints etc
· Responsible for PA support to Managing Director
· General day to day ad hoc administration duties
· Invoicing and Purchase Ledger
· Researching on various projects as an when required
· Communicating internally and externally within the business

We are ideally looking for an experience candidate with the above skills and experience, who is confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and Access to an intermediate level. Communication is key within this position as dealing with high profile clients on a daily basis, who have been working with the organisation for many years.
