Customer Service/Sales Advisors - Leeds City Centre - £6.99 per hour - Late Shift

My client are a prestigious financial brand based in modern offices in Leeds City Centre. We are looking for experienced customer service/sales people from a contact centre background

Duties:

Taking inbound calls from customers in regards to various credit card enquires i.e. reporting lost or stolen credit cards, making online payments and dealing with online banking queries
Cross selling other products and credit card cover
Working to sales and quality targets

Required Skills:

Must be from a call centre background
Ideally from banking, insurance or any FSA regulated organisation
Excellent communication skills
Customer service experience
Sales experience

Hours:

35 hours a week working 5 days out of 7 a week

Working shifts either:
4pm - 12Midnight Monday to Friday (rotating Saturdays and Sundays)
3pm - 11pm Monday to Friday (rotating Saturdays and Sundays)

Start date is Monday 2nd August, so you must be available to start work on this date and attend interview next week.
