HR Manager – Technical Business based in Dartford
Our client, a leader in their field are currently seeking a credible and business partner focused HR Manager to join their team. With a strong background in generalist HR but particularly ER, you will be responsible for all day to day employee relations issues as well as working proactively on the facilitation, management and delivery of all HR projects and process improvement initiatives for your business area.
CIPD qualified and proven experience in a similar role where you have engaged with senior stakeholders and handled extensive employee relations issues is essential. This is a very blue collar unionised environment and as such the client is looking for candidates who have operated in similar industries. Although based from the company’s headquarters in Dartford this is a multi-site role so frequent travel across the south of England will be required.
