Our National client is looking for an experienced customer care agent to join a newly created position within their Grounds Maintenance team within Glasgow and surrounding areas.
With over 20 years experience in property management they know what excellent looks like and are proud of the reputation they have built on their values, transparency, culture and expertise.

This is a varied role and requires someone who is super organised and can work independently on a daily basis to tackle the following responsibilities:
* Delivering excellent customer service
* Building relationships with both customer and contractors
* Keeping customers updated on changes or repairs
* Conducting meetings with owner's as and when required
* Manage a portfolio of properties
* Conduct regular property visits
* Ensuring customer response times and satisfaction survey is in line with their SLA
If you have property or factoring experience then it would be an added bonus however if you have the following experience then they will happily consider you:
* Previous experience within a fast paced and multi-tasking customer service role
* Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing
* Works well under pressure and towards targets
* MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVING LICENSE
This role operated Monday - Friday with no evening or weekend requirements.
