We are looking for an experienced Care Home Manager for one of our clients in the Ayrshire area. Part of a leading group, this care home has achieved excellent ratings and offers great progression and development opportunities for the right candidate.
Ideal candidates should have;
* Proactive, analytical, and creative leadership skills
* Previous experience working as a Home Manager, within an elderly care setting
* Qualified as a registered nurse previously
* Ability to maintain and develop strong relationships with patients families, healthcare agencies and other relevant organisations
