METERING SERVICE ADVISOR

Our client is looking to recruit 5 x Metering Service Advisors to work for a large utilities company based in Reading.

ROLE: Metering Service Advisor
SALARY: £14 p/h, circa £27,000 per annum (PAYE)
JOB TYPE: 6 months with extension likely
LOCATION: Reading (RH1) HOURS: Full time, 37 hours, Monday to Friday

WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid working - currently 2 days in the office and 3 days at home. This is NOT a fully remote position.

THE ROLE: The role will be based in the Metering team and will be based around entering meter readings and working from spreadsheets and to help improve the performance. There will also be some work that is more technical, and flow based where flows are sent to third parties to deal with queries. There will be an element of phone work where calls will need to be made to customers and third parties.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
* Proficient with spreadsheets is a must.
* Previous experience in customer service roles.
* Good IT skills.
