The Assistant Management Accountant role assumes a pivotal position in supporting financial operations and providing assistance to both the finance team and broader business. Duties include daily and monthly bank reconciliations, meticulous financial statement preparation and analysis, month-end and year-end closing activities, as well as diligent monitoring of inventory and capital expenditure. Additionally, responsibilities extend to supporting payroll, VAT returns and proactive collaboration with internal stakeholders to address issues & queries efficiently.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, AAT (Part or Fully Qualified), coupled with excellent attention to detail, robust organisational and communication skills, and the integrity to handle sensitive financial information with discretion. Proven proficiency in accounting principles and software, notably Microsoft Excel, alongside proactive problem-solving abilities, are essential attributes sought for this position.
