Starting Salary £14,500

Working hours: Monday - Friday dayshift

Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Adviser to work for a client based within South Gyle. Your role will be working within a dynamic customer services team in a professional environment reporting to the Team Leader and you will be responsible for handling high volume inbound customer calls from existing customers and have experience in delivering world class customer service. Alsp looking for someone who has experience in explaining bills to customers along with previous customer service experience is essential
