Step 1 – the Search Graduate Skills Matrix tells us the personality type and skills your company needs form the Graduate we place.

Step 2 - Candidate Generation the Search way, including leading edge online, on campus and publication marketing and advertising, referral programs and market knowledge that gives our clients the edge in graduate recruitment.

Step 3 - Response Handling, No mater how many applications you receive we will CV sift, telephone interview and respond to them all efficiently on your behalf.

Step 4 - Bespoke Assessment Centres, our Graduates are challenged to prove themselves through a unique, varied and fun assessment based on Searches bespoke “situational intelligence” exercises.

Step 5 - Five days full time pre start training. An intense course initiates graduates into the skills they require for their new job, manages their work and career expectations and ensure they arrive in your business ready to do business!

Step 6 – Advanced skills training delivered in daily workshops throughout their first year in your company will give them the tools the need to become the finished article in their first year of employment.

Step 7 – Search will provide each graduate with their own Personal Performance Coach, who will contact them and their line manager on a monthly basis.

Step 8 - Graduate Challenge – We challenge your graduates to make a difference to your business by working on “Quarterly Improvement Projects” that matter to your business.

Step 9 – Your graduate will have unique access to a fast growing graduate community, best practice examples and networking opportunities.
