Search Supporting Numerous Good Causes
Let's Lunch, a fundraising event for Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity (GCHC) on 11th June in Glasgow, is now sold out. Search Consultancy is delighted to be attending and sponsoring the event.
The charity, founded from Yorkhill Children's Charity, set up in 2001 has since moved to its new home and adopted its new name. GCHC is now based in the purpose built children’s hospital, which is the largest of its kind in Scotland.
The charity's vision is that all children and young people who are treated at the Royal Hospital for Children have the best care and experience possible. Their exceptional staff have continued to provide world class care for 160,000 babies, children and young people every year.
In our previous blog on the charity we highlighted the fantastic work they undertake and what your contributions can help to fund. Head over to our previous blog and find out more on the day itself and what Kathryn Boyd, Search’s HR Director and headline sponsor said of the event.

In addition to all our charitable efforts mentioned above, we recently have had a few stand out recruiters raise money their own way. Isabel Muller from our Dundee office descended down the Dundee Dental Hospital in aid of Marie Curie. Search Consultant John Kata from our Leeds office won their “I’m a Consultant Get Me Out of Here”, eating an array of disgusting delicacies with some of the Leeds office also running in Leeds 10k this July, both events raising money for Martins House children's hospital.
