Julie Calisir

Julie joined Search in May 2011 as an Associate Director. Her fundamental aim was to strengthen our commercial offering by bringing together the expertise and knowledge of our Call & Contact Centre and Business Support offerings under one business line to offer a more client focussed service.

Julie’s leadership and hands on management style has seen her business areas grow from strength to strength. She strongly believes in the importance of nurturing top talent to produce award winning and high performing teams.

Responsible for the development of candidate attraction strategies and selection process design, Julie is committed to protecting the reputation of our clients and Search, whilst delivering a fantastic candidate experience.
