Search Consultancy has been appointed to fill the temporary roles on behalf of Capita, with successful applicants handling inbound calls for M&S between now and December. Calls will include product range enquiries and customer queries. Jobs offering a wide range of shift patterns are available, from part time and full time to fixed and flexible shifts. Seasonal staff members, much like Santa’s elves, will play a crucial role in ensuring that customers thoroughly enjoy the joy that comes with surprising a loved one with an M&S gift this Christmas.
An open day is due to take place at the Preston Brook site on Friday 7th October. Would-be workers can come and meet with Search’s consultants about the roles on offer and potentially leave the same day with the guarantee of a job, having completed the interview and assessment process in one visit.
